Tool Trailer Coordinator

About the role

Manage the daily operations of an on-site tool trailer and tool rooms. Issue tools to customers, inspect returns, perform visual safety inspections, maintain fleet and consumable levels, and utilize and create reporting mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers
• Responsible for marking/entering tools in Total Control system
• Aid in mobilizing and setting up the trailer at the customer’s site
• Maintain a clean and presentable trailer
• Provide regular communication with customers to maintain sufficient supply of tool quantities in conjunction with manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3+ months of inside sales or onsite plant/construction experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Tool and tool application knowledge
• Self-sufficient
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to acquire industrial facility credentials desirable
• 75% travel required

Pay

Pay rate varies depending on specific position, location, education, training, experience, skills, and ability.

Schedule

75% travel is required as needed.
