About the role
Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leader in fleet maintenance across the U.S., is hiring a Trailer Technician/Mechanic to join their team in Hagerstown, MD. The position requires 2+ years of experience in repairing class 7-8 trailers and the ability to diagnose mechanical issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
- Document repairs and complete work orders
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work with supervisors and team members to keep fleets operational
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Own and maintain personal tools and toolbox necessary to perform job duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Potential Sign On Bonus up to $2500 + SRT Bonus Opportunity, up to $15,000 annually

Tuesday- Saturday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay
$26.00 - $34.00/hr (based on Body & Repair experience)
