About the role
RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a growing powerhouse in the Trucking Industry. We have nearly 400 team members located in 17 states and are currently looking to expand our team in the Taylor, MI area.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to: ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems.
- Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service.
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Properly operate the mobile Service Truck.
- Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck.
Requirements
- Trailer Mechanic experience required.
- Outdoor, mobile service truck position.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
Pay
$24-$30/hour or commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday-Friday - DAYS!
