Traffic Team Leader

The job

Lead and deliver traffic engineering projects across scope, schedule, and budget.

Oversee, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary project team.

Manage multiple clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Support business development, proposal preparation, and opportunity identification.

Conduct and lead technical traffic analyses for highways, arterials, and multimodal facilities.

Prepare reports, presentations, and high-quality project deliverables.

Develop MOT concepts, staging, and plans for construction.

Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, bids, and funding documentation.
