not present; skip. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to copy the text exactly? Probably we can keep the sentences but not add extra. Usefor prose,
- for lists.
We need to extract list items: The responsibilities are a series of sentences each starting with "Assists..." etc. Could treat each as list item. Similarly Minimum Qualifications includes multiple bullet-like sentences: "All you need for success: High School Diploma or GED/HiSET, AND completion of a formal post-secondary technical training program...". Could break into list items.
We need to preserve all details, not lose any. So we need to include each piece.

We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit EEO etc. There's "CLICK HERE" maybe considered navigation? Might be considered a link; but we can keep as text? Probably we should remove "CLICK HERE" and "HERE" as they are navigation instructions. Also "Visit our CAREERS page" maybe okay. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove any application instructions like "If you have questions about this position please contact: Kristina.hodges@modot.mo.gov" maybe that's contact info, not application instruction; but could be considered contact. It's not explicitly prohibited. However "CLICK HERE" and "HERE" are navigation; we should remove those phrases.
Also "Visit our CAREERS page to explore all we have to offer." maybe okay as it's not a direct instruction to apply? It's still a navigation suggestion. Might be considered navigation. Safer to remove that sentence? The instruction says remove navigation boilerplate. That sentence is navigation suggestion. I'd remove it.
Also "If you're looking for diverse opportunities, challenging work, and a flexible environment, we want to talk to you about joining our winning team." That's promotional but not navigation; keep.
Also "We see the growth of our team members as an investment, both in MoDOT's future and yours." keep.
Also "At MoDOT you will play a key role in maintaining the seventh largest highway system in the United States." keep.
Also "MoDOT operates on shared values and your success in our organization depends upon modeling these values." keep.
Also "CLICK HERE to view our mission, values, and tangible results." remove.
Also "If you embrace these values, we welcome your application." keep? It's not navigation.
Also "If you have questions about this position please contact: Kristina.hodges@modot.mo.gov" keep as contact.
Now we need to include metadata: Posting closes and Job Location and note for internal applicants. We can put them in a short
at top. We must not repeat job title as heading; we don't have job title given explicitly; but we can ignore. Now produce HTML:
