About the role
You will provide administrative and clerical support to the traffic operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Log into customer portals and schedule trucks
- Communicate with trucking companies via phone/email regarding shipments and pick-ups
- Load trucks (with either a Pacer truck or a reach truck)
- Label shipments
- Track shipments when necessary
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills required
- Logistics background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Teams), SAP, and printers
Pay & Schedule
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
- Pay rate: $21.00/hr
- Weekly pay
- Temp to hire
- Overtime is frequent for this department
