Schedule

Guaranteed 48 hours per week plus overtime opportunities. Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, nights, and be available for on-call rota. Day shifts are typical, but flexibility to work away during peak periods is required, especially if you have access to a company van.

Requirements

• Qualifications: M1, M2, or higher (M3, M4, M5, M6, SLG Unit 2 will be considered)
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points; any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results)
• Positive, “can-do” mindset with adaptability and flexibility
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to mentor new trainees and guide team members
• Traffic Management Training is subject to signing a training agreement
