Traffic Management Operative (Qualified)
About the role
At Chevron, part of Ramudden Global UK, we ensure road workers and users stay safe during roadworks by setting up temporary road closures, diversion routes, and pedestrian walkways. Responsibilities
- Hold M1/M2 Lantra qualifications or above
- Work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and peak periods
- Join the on-call rota if you have access to a company van
- Mentor new trainees and share knowledge with them
- Pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results)
- Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail
Requirements
- Fully licensed driver with no more than 6 points
- No driving bans that have not expired within the last 5 years
- Positive, "can-do" mindset
- Knowledge of Chapter 8 regulations

Pay
Guaranteed 48 HPW plus OT opportunities, with virtual hiring events on 21st and 22nd July 9:30am – 2pm.
Schedule
Day shifts are typical, but flexibility is key — you’ll need to be open to evenings, nights, weekends, working away during peak periods, and joining the on-call rota, especially if you have access to a company van.
