Traffic Management Center Operator (RTMCO)

About the role

Performing administrative duties and assisting with management of PennDOT Traffic Control Management System.

Required Attributes

• Years of experience: 3+ years
• A High School Diploma is required
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Attributes

• Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Some accounting experience a plus
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint software a plus
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
