Job Overview
Primoris Gas Operations, which includes companies like Q3 Contracting, ARB, Primoris Distribution Services, Snelson and Pipejacking Trenchless, has over 60 years of experience in the natural gas distribution industry. Over this period, they have maintained numerous long-standing customer relationships across Wisconsin. Ensuring a safe environment, high-quality workmanship, and excellent value for their customers is the primary focus of their operations. They are now seeking reliable, safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers and Lead Flaggers to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Control the flow of vehicular traffic through construction zones using stop/slow paddles and 2-way radios
- Set up and take down traffic control devices (cones, signs, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with crew members and the public
- Remain alert and attentive to changing traffic and work zone conditions
- Follow all company safety policies and state/local traffic control regulations
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- MnDOT or ATSSA flagger certification preferred (in-house training)
- Previous flagging experience is a plus but not required
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and remain alert for extended periods
- Work in heat, cold, wind, and rain
- Ability to travel (some overnight) throughout western, central, and northern WI

Pay
$25.80/hour based on union scale - Leads will make $1.50/hr. over Union Scale
Schedule
Based out of Eau Claire, WI and supports projects throughout Wisconsin.
