Traffic Control Supervisor - Sparks

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains records on branch vehicles including service schedules, inspections, and repairs.
• Schedules work for drivers, as well as yard personnel and temporary workers.
• Covers yard and warehouse activities ensuring that products are ready for rent.
• Oversees the maintenance, repair, construction and testing of Traffic Control products.
• Reports inventory count to dispatch and arranges for the return of damaged equipment and product.
• Serves as a branch safety coordinator handling all initial safety investigations.
• Makes minor repairs to vehicles and equipment using various power tools.
• Operates a forklift and makes deliveries.
• Repairs equipment, assembles signs and performs all other shop work required to prepare for onsite traffic control.

Qualifications

• Minimum (2) two year' experience working in Traffic Technician preferred.
• Must possess a clean and valid Driver's License and DMV record by hire date.
• Knowledge of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the Work Area.
