Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule Crew job tasks
- Aid crews in ordering and dispatching equipment, materials, or supplies
- Ensure Traffic Control Technicians adhere to the plan and safety regulations
- Implement NPL Safety and Quality procedures at all times
- Perform various tracking and recordkeeping duties as directed
- Report public and business concerns or issues to supervisors
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- 5 years of traffic control experience
- ATSSA Certification
- Extensive knowledge of DOT regulations of Traffic Control Procedures
- Knowledge of underground utilities and locator markings
- Ability to interact with public, supervisors, and coworkers professionally
- Ability to think clearly under stress or difficulty
- Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Comprehend and communicate specific directions in English to ensure the safety of all
- Desire to learn and commit to working safely
- Detail-oriented and have both strong work ethics and organizational skills
- Energetic, have good communication skills, and be able to resolve conflict effectively
- Complete assignments while working under tight deadlines and with minimal or no supervision
Qualifications

Pay
Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Flexible schedule to accommodate work sites which can be outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions.
Legal Stuff
