Traffic Control Flagging Assistant

Role Overview: As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to control traffic and ensure safety. Responsibilities include: setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades; guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles; adhering to safety training; communicating effectively with team members and supervisors; maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment; working outdoors in all weather conditions; and occasionally working night, weekend, or emergency shifts. Qualifications & Skills: Valid driver’s license; ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds; willingness to work in traffic and changing weather; flexibility; punctuality; passing pre-hire screening and drug tests; alertness around traffic; respectful conduct with coworkers, clients, and the public. Additional Details: Compensation ranges from $17.23 to $18.07 per hour, with overtime, pay increases, paid training, and certification.
