Responsibilities

• Affirmative customer service and care for resident accommodations and shared spaces
• Occasional assistance with laundry services
• Maintain neat, organized, and stocked housekeeping carts and closets
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old at the time of employment
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is highly desirable, but not mandatory
• Upbeat, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude are essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• A passion for customer service and creating an exceptional experience for residents is crucial
• CPR and First Aid training may be required based on state/local guidelines

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• May be required to complete additional pre-employment screenings such as a physical, fingerprint, and TB test, depending on state/local guidelines

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with a salary determined by experience and qualifications.
