Housekeeper - PT

Essential Functions

• Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community
• Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned
• Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community
• Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards
• Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing
• Works in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
• Operates a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed

• Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to identify issues before they occur

Qualifications and Education

• One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry
• Exceptional customer service skills

Background Check Process
