About the role

Process and verify financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update operational records in line with company policies, collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction-related discrepancies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and contribute to process improvements.
• Monitor and report on transaction statuses and key metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits or reviews.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with banking or financial services operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
