Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging training sessions for new and experienced financial professionals and staff, gathering feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Organize, plan, and develop training modules and materials to support software and program education.
- Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshooting trade issues, and guiding users in mastering the WealthPort trading system.
- Respond to requests for custom reporting, system enhancements, and insights from management, associates, and financial professionals.
- Present live trainings, both onsite and virtually, to help financial professionals unlock the full potential of our trading platform.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching training trends, best practices, and new knowledge to continually enhance our training programs.

Phoenix, AZ, or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3 days/week
