Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

As a WealthPort Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful training experiences, supporting financial professionals and home office staff in mastering our WealthPort trading system, and driving continuous improvement through feedback and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead engaging training sessions for new and experienced financial professionals and staff, gathering feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Organize, plan, and develop training modules and materials to support software and program education.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshooting trade issues and guiding users in mastering the WealthPort trading system.
  • Respond to requests for custom reporting, system enhancements, and insights from management, associates, and financial professionals.
  • Present live trainings, both onsite and virtually, to help financial professionals unlock the full potential of our trading platform.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching training trends, best practices, and new knowledge to continually enhance our training programs.

Location

Hybrid in-office 3 days/week in Phoenix, AZ, or Fairfield, IA.
