Tradesman Plumbing Service & Sales Tech

About the role

We're seeking a Tradesman Plumbing Service & Sales Technician who can combine their technical skills with sales ability to provide top-notch service and drive meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend optimal solutions to customers
• Sell and close high-value projects including sewer line replacements, trenchless repairs, repiping, drain solutions, and whole-home upgrades
• Use advanced diagnostic tools (cameras, hydrostatic testing, etc.)
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
• Ensure all work meets Texas plumbing codes and the highest quality standards

Requirements

• Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License
• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong sales skills and comfort closing deals face-to-face
• Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Able to work independently while being a team player

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

(Plus performance incentives and commissions)
