Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber

Our sister company, Finish Line Plumbing, is looking to hire a Plumber or Journeyman. We assisted over 3,000+ customers with water and fire emergencies in 2024 across the country and are a full turnkey provider for our customers, handling everything from water and fire emergency services, moving and storage of contents, and textile cleaning to reconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Reports for duty on time, ready to work, at assigned work location, on a daily basis.
• Accurately and timely responds to company processes for receiving and fulfilling service requests.
• Follows company process for submitting reports and data for invoicing.
• Safely and effectively uses tools and equipment.
• Follows direction from management regarding repair of plumbing equipment.
• Accurately diagnoses problems with plumbing equipment and determines the best repair or replacement strategy.
• Works effectively alone and with a team to complete repairs timely and safely with no errors or defects.
• Communicates clearly with clients and management regarding equipment status and strategy for repair or replacement.
• Works safely and effectively with all equipment parts; requests assistance when needed for handling heavy equipment.
• Accurately and consistently checks work for errors and defects; corrects errors and deficiencies.
• Assists licensed plumbing staff on jobs/projects.
• Can dispatch from your house.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license
• Proficiency in plumbing techniques and systems
• Experience with construction plumbing
• Competence in using hand and power tools
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on construction sites
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Pay

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour with uncapped commission (OTE $80k-$100k)
