About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and meticulous Plumber or Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate values quality workmanship, accountability, integrity, and has a hunger for accomplishing goals. Competitive hourly rate and uncapped commission with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $80k–$100k.
Responsibilities
- Report for duty on time, ready to work, at assigned work location daily.
- Accurately and timely respond to company processes for receiving and fulfilling service requests.
- Follow company process for submitting reports and data for invoicing.
- Safely and effectively use tools and equipment.
- Follow direction from management regarding repair of plumbing equipment.
- Accurately diagnose problems with plumbing equipment and determine the best repair or replacement strategy.
- Work effectively alone and with a team to complete repairs safely, timely, and without errors or defects.
- Communicate clearly with clients and management regarding equipment status and repair strategies.
- Work safely and effectively with all equipment parts; request assistance when needed for handling heavy equipment.
- Accurately and consistently check work for errors and defects; correct errors and deficiencies.
- Assist licensed plumbing staff on jobs and projects.
- Dispatch from your house as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
- Proficiency in plumbing techniques and systems.
- Experience with construction plumbing.
- Competence in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on construction sites.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
