Trades Specialist (Electrician)/Trainee

About the role

Join the Maintenance Trades team and play an important role in keeping campus facilities safe, functional, and well maintained. As an Electrician you will perform journeyman electrician work and frequently supervise others in repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and equipment. The electrical trade, for reasons of safety, requires care and precision in its performance following applicable electric code regulations. The title assigned to the successful candidate upon appointment will be determined based on their qualifications and experience.

Department context

The Maintenance Trades department is part of the Administration & Finance Division, which provides essential services to campus constituents as well as local, state, federal, and international partners.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
