About the role
DLA Piper’s nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright & Media Group is seeking a non-partnership track Attorney to join our San Diego office.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, prosecute and defend against advertising, marketing and unfair competition claims.
- Assist with advertising review and claims substantiation.
- Handle False advertising litigation.
- Manage disputes before NAD and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in advertising litigation, NAD disputes, marketing law compliance, and counseling.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills and hands-on experience with advertising and promotions matters.

Pay
The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
Schedule
Hybrid - Regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home.
