Trademark & Copyright Associate - Prosecution / Brand Management (CA / CO / DC / GA / NC / NY)

About the role

Kilpatrick’s Trademark & Copyright Team seeks an associate with 2+ years of significant brand management experience that includes conducting and managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance, developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs, and managing large global trademark portfolios. Experience handling TTAB proceedings is a plus but not required.

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented

Qualifications

• 2+ years of significant brand management experience
