Responsibilities

• Manage global trademark portfolios
• Communicate with foreign counsel
• Expert-level knowledge of US and foreign trademark prosecution
• Meet an annual billable requirement of 1,440 hours

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing global trademark portfolios
• Based in California

Qualifications

• Exceptional, highly experienced in trademark and copyright paralegal work

Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of US and foreign trademark prosecution
• Comfortable communicating with foreign counsel

Benefits

• Annual billable requirement of 1,440 hours

Pay

• $85,000 - $100,000 yearly
