Trade Supervisor

About the role

You’ll be the go-to person for our Trade customers. Representing the team on our Trade Sales Counter, you’ll help our Trade customers—predominately plumbers and electricians—to get exactly what they need for the job. Relationship building is key, and with our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us.

Responsibilities

• Get to know your customers—chat with them, understand their projects, and offer advice to drive sales. The relationships you and your team build will make us their trusted, go-to retailer.
• Run your own business within a business—take ownership of all your KPIs, including sales, account growth, on-boarding new customers, and delivering great service.
• Inspire your team—guide and coach them to achieve great things, building a store reputation to be proud of.

Requirements

• Great at building relationships with customers and your team.
• Driven to learn and build your skill set.
• Genuinely interested in the industry; our training will provide the knowledge you need.
• A real people person with infectious enthusiasm to always do better.
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
