About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.

- Oversee the coordination of all aspects of a project, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
