About the role
We are seeking a Tradeshow & Events Coordinator to manage our presence at industry conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end tradeshow and event logistics (booth design, shipping, setup, staffing)
- Maintain the annual events calendar and manage budgets across 10–20 events per year
- Coverage with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee pre-show promotions and post-show lead handoff to the sales team
- Track event performance metrics and report on pipeline impact
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and event organizers
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing
- Strong project management skills; experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking preferred
Qualifications

- Knowledge of event marketing strategies

Pay
Base Compensation Range: $61,600 - $77,000 USD
