About the role
We help builders and tradespeople access the products they need for their projects. You'll also assist with keeping the branch running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and product information
- Provide quotes in person and over the phone
- Pick and pack orders, maintain displays, and ensure accuracy of information
- Perform stock control activities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Occasional deliveries using a company vehicle
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Ability to pick orders, maintain displays, and provide accurate information
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Clean valid driver’s license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- A desire to develop your career within the company, our network, or head office
