Trade Counter Assistant - Belmont

About the role

Typical Day

• Provide customer service and information about products
• Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
• Occasionally make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoyment of helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new systems
• A clean, valid driver’s license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
• Desire to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
