What You’ll Actually Do

• Cook up and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, keeping timelines, communications, and problem-solving in check
• Be the go-to point person for sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams, ensuring seamless communication
• Keep all systems updated and accurate across various platforms, no matter how small the detail
• Spot discrepancies early in shipments, billing, and operations, preventing them from escalating
• Scrutinize trade costs on every order and flag anything that deviates from the plan
• Generate reports and provide commercial and operational insights to inform decision-making
• Ensure every shipment complies, is properly documented, and is ready for audits

Who We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
