Responsibilities
- Lead project teams, influencing and driving projects to enhance transportation and trade compliance efficiency
- Manage full project lifecycle from defining requirements to deployment, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Analyze complex project data to provide status updates and actionable insights
- Identify and communicate project risks to stakeholders clearly
- Determine critical deliverables with the team and prioritize effectively
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings, preparing agendas and documenting meeting outcomes
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on project status and constraints
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in global transportation and trade compliance
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
- Expertise in resource management, budget planning, and employee utilization using Planview PPM Pro
- Proficient in enterprise tools like Windchill
- Skilled in project management software such as MS Project for developing detailed project schedules

$143,100 – $175,185 annually
