Responsibilities
- Aid traders in SAP Deal Entry, amendments, and capturing secondary costs.
- Support traders with reconciliation of exposure records and monitoring market conditions.
- Assist traders with P&L statement reconciliation.
- Manage SAP service tickets and system configurations, including PACE index and pricing updates.
- Identify and resolve exposure/nomination discrepancies with trading operations staff.
- Analyze demand/supply trends and generate reports on trading activities and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market developments.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Resolve SAP issues and new setups with IT.
- Assist with resolving invoicing issues with back office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in commodity trading, shipping, risk management, or operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial trading instruments and economic evaluation.
Skills
- Understanding of oil and gas industry market dynamics and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of financial trading instruments and economic concepts.
