Track Laborer - Minden, LA
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use appropriate headings.
We have content for Benefits (culture, compensation and benefits, paid on-the-job training, training for conductors etc, leadership development programs, career advancement). Also maybe "Outstanding culture recognized by Forbes and Newsweek" etc.
Pay: Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list.
Qualifications: Qualifications list (including must be able to pass certifications, CDL preferred, etc). Also Education could be part of Qualifications or separate? Could be a separate Education section but we can incorporate into Qualifications. However we have a separate Education bullet: "Must be 18 years of age or older with High School or GED equivalent". Could be part of Qualifications.
We should not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. So we could have sections: Benefits, Pay, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education). That's four sections.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet point exactly as given? Probably we can keep the text but not add extra.
We need to remove duplicated lines. There's no duplication.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
Benefits
- Outstanding culture recognized by Forbes and Newsweek
- Competitive compensation and benefits
- Paid on-the-job training with peer trainers

Qualifications

- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must be able to pass and or obtain all reporting, testing, and certifications as required for this position.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Class A CDL preferred

- Education: Must be 18 years of age or older with High School or GED equivalent
But note: we have nested inside - which is not ideal but acceptable. Could restructure: maybe separate list for training courses under Qualifications as separate
after a . However rule: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
intro then
for training courses. Let's restructure Qualifications section: a for introductory sentences, then
for bullet items (including CDL, etc). Then another for training courses? Might be okay.
Simplify: Provide a single with all qualification items, including training courses as sub-items? Could just list them as separate items with indentation via text. But better to keep as separate for training courses.
Let's produce:
Qualifications

That seems good.
Check we didn't miss any substantive info: The introductory paragraph about Watco and "Start a Watco Career and Discover the Difference Keep the world's supply chain moving..." That's part of About the role? Could be a brief description. We could include an "About the role" section with that paragraph. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have Benefits, Pay, Responsibilities, Qualifications. The introductory paragraph about Watco could be considered part of Benefits? It's more about company culture. But we already have Benefits covering culture etc. The opening paragraph: "Start a Watco Career and Discover the Difference Keep the world's supply chain moving. That's what the Watco team does every day at our short line railroads, switching sites, terminals, ports, and logistics hubs. Whether you're at one of these locations or in a support-services role, there's one thread that ties everyone together. We're all on the same team. One Watco." This is descriptive, could be placed under an "About the role" or "About Watco". But we might not need a separate section if we incorporate into Benefits? However Benefits already list specific items; the intro is more general description. Could we add a short before Benefits as a general description? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment. It didn't forbid extra
not under a heading? It says use
for section headings, - for any list,
for prose. It didn't say every
must be under a heading. But they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can have a
without heading? Possibly but better to put it under a heading like "About the role". That would be a section with substantive content (the description). So we could add an
About the role
with a containing that description. That adds a section but it's substantive.
Thus sections: About the role, Benefits, Pay, Responsibilities, Qualifications.
That's five sections, still okay.
Let's craft About the role paragraph: Combine the sentences: "Start a Watco Career and Discover the Difference Keep the world's supply chain moving. That's what the Watco team does every day at our short line railroads, switching sites, terminals, ports, and logistics hubs. Whether you're at one of these locations or in a support-services role, there's one thread that ties everyone together. We're all on the same team. One Watco."
We need to preserve all substantive information; we should not alter meaning. We'll keep as is.
Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate: none.
Now produce final HTML fragment.
Check for any duplicated lines: none.
Make sure we close tags properly.
Let's write:
