About the role
We are seeking LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one homecare nursing for a medically complex pediatric patient requiring tracheostomy and ventilator care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor respiratory and overall patient status
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform assessments and document care
- Respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with family and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Clinical skills in tracheostomy and ventilator management preferred
- Strong communication and assessment abilities
- Reliability and independent working skills
