About the role

This is a general TRA application for any and every travel and contract role your TRA Recruiter spoke with you about. This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. This position will support all the facilities in the market as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Assuming responsibility for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Supporting CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintaining competency of clinical staff
• Managing appropriate resource allocation related to patient care
• Serving all facilities in the market as needed

Requirements

Commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current state RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
