TPM-Therapy Program Manager (DOR)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Therapy Program Manager (TPM) in Stow, OH. The ideal candidate must have an active state license and experience managing a therapy team in a nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage therapy teams in a nursing facility setting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Oversee staff training and development programs
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and families
• Participate in facility-based and regional meetings
• Support the implementation of new programs and services

Requirements

• Active state license
• Experience managing a therapy team in a nursing facility
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with contract rehabilitation industry
