TPM-Therapy Program Manager (DOR)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Therapy Program Manager (TPM) in Canal Fulton, OH. The ideal candidate must have an active state license and experience managing a therapy team in a nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage therapy teams in a nursing facility setting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapy staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and families
• Participate in staff meetings and departmental planning sessions
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed

Requirements

• Active state license
• Experience managing a therapy team in a nursing facility
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
