TPM/RTE - French

Responsibilities

• Define strategic objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders and manage integrated program plans
• Architect and implement Agile frameworks, facilitating program cadence and synchronization meetings
• Lead the end-to-end Program Increment Planning process to ensure team alignment
• Identify, track, and resolve program-level risks and dependencies for smooth value delivery
• Mentor Scrum Masters and agile teams, promoting continuous improvement and servant leadership
• Act as the primary communication point for program status, preparing executive-level reports
• Support migration coordination, change management, and backlog organization as needed

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior roles like Technical Program Manager or Release Train Engineer managing large-scale cloud transformations
• Expert knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and lean-agile principles
• Experience in handling complex technology programs with multiple dependencies
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other agile management tools for backlog management
• Strong understanding of cloud migration concepts and collaboration with AWS, Azure, and GCP teams
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
