About the role

The Technical Program Manager will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hardware experiences for Bee's upcoming ambient personal device. Reporting directly to the Bee General Manager, they will collaborate with the Bee team and Lab126 to ensure high-quality hardware outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between the Bee team and Lab126
  • Own end-to-end program management for hardware development initiatives
  • Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to define requirements, timelines, and success metrics
  • Identify and mitigate risks across hardware development cycles
  • Establish clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders aligned
  • Drive technical decision-making and trade-offs to balance quality, schedule, and resource constraints
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure seamless production readiness

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience, 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, 3+ years of software development experience, 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience, Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience, Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules, Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Base salary range: $171,000.00 - $231,400.00 USD annually
