Key job responsibilities

• Manage cross-team and cross-organization delivery of long-term customer-facing programs
• Work with the product management and engineering team to identify technical requirements, limitations, and bottlenecks
• Build, integrate, and maintain reporting for areas of responsibility within existing reporting schemes and mechanisms. Where required, implement new reporting
• Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs
• Plan and coordinate events including facilitation and action item management
• Implement or enable virtuous continuous improvement cycles in macro team processes
• Develop, Own, and report on: program goals, performance, efficacy and efficiency to a variety of stakeholders across different technical domains and at varying cadences (weekly / monthly / quarterly) for area of responsibility

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 3+ years of software development experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
