What You’ll Do

Entry-Level (Lube Tech / Apprentice)

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
• Absorb assistance technicians with inspections and minor repairs
• Learn dealership systems, tools, and processes

Experienced Technicians

• Diagnose and repair vehicles (engine, electrical, brakes, suspension, etc.)
• Accurately document findings and communicate with service advisors
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures

What We’re Looking For

Entry-Level Candidates

• 0–6 months of automotive experience OR technical training
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and team-first mindset

Experienced Technicians

• 2–3+ years of automotive technician experience
• ASE certifications preferred
• Toyota experience is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

All Candidates

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
