Cavender Toyota, the 2nd largest Toyota dealership in America and the largest in the Gulf States, is seeking an experienced Master Diagnostic Toyota Technician to join our high-volume, high-performance service team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership standards
  • Diagnose complex engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
  • Utilize Toyota diagnostic tools, scan tools, and special service equipment
  • Test-drive vehicles and validate repair accuracy
  • Communicate findings and repair needs clearly with Service Advisors
  • Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs
  • Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Accurately document all repair and diagnostic work
  • Support shop efficiency and mentor junior technicians as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Toyota Service Technician required
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Master or Expert-level Toyota Technician experience preferred
  • ASE and/or Toyota certifications strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
