About The Role

We are currently seeking a Toxicologist for our Toxicology, Health, and Economic Services business area. The ideal candidate will be a highly detail-oriented individual who can provide technical support on client projects for our growing Health Sciences practice. Most assignments will require teamwork, though a few will be entirely your responsibility. This position may offer in-office, remote, or hybrid opportunities based on the candidate’s location and the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Performing exposure and toxicity assessments for chemicals and quantitatively evaluating human health risks.
  • Conducting safety assessments of products and raw materials.
  • Critically reviewing and analyzing scientific studies, rating their reliability and selecting key and supporting studies in a weight of evidence approach.
  • Execution of technical work and client deliverables.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree in toxicology or pharmacology, or similar field.
  • A master's or doctoral degree in toxicology or pharmacology or public health with a toxicology focus.
  • 1+ years of experience in human health risk assessment and toxicology.
  • Experience working in risk assessment project teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in general toxicology, human physiology, biology, and other relevant disciplines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers.

$65,000-$115,000
