About the role

A Toxic-Tort & Asbestos Attorney is needed for our Plaintiff Side practice in Emeryville, CA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling asbestos-related litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in asbestos-related personal injury cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Manage case files and communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Attend depositions and trials as necessary

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in California
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with asbestos litigation preferred
• Knowledge of toxic tort law
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
