About the role

As a Litigation Paralegal on the plaintiff side, you will support the team in handling asbestos and toxic-tort cases. Your responsibilities include document management, preparing legal documents, assisting with depositions, and managing case files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a litigation paralegal role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with asbestos and toxic-tort cases preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state court procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

The ideal candidate will be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
