Town Plant Representative
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the job description.
Content:
- Intro paragraph: "Town Plant Representative At Hope Utilities, you can build more than a career - you can make a difference..." This is about the role. Could be "About the role". Use About the role
then
with that paragraph. - Job Details POSITION SUMMARY: description of duties. Could be part of Responsibilities. We'll create a Responsibilities section with
- items from Duties & Responsibilities list.
- Duties & Responsibilities list: many bullet-like sentences separated by periods? Actually they are sentences separated by periods but not bullet. We need to treat as list items. We'll extract each duty.

We'll include those as list items.

These could go under Skills or Requirements. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide where to put each piece.
We have Education & Work Experience: "High school diploma or equivalent, required. At least two (2) years of experience in the natural gas industry, preferred. Must possess and maintain a class D driver’s license with medical card. Successful completion of required testing." This could be Qualifications.
Physical Requirements: list of abilities. Could be Requirements or maybe Qualifications? Usually physical requirements go under Requirements. We'll put under Requirements.
Work Context: full-time non-exempt hourly position, expected to respond to emergencies, working Extended Day and Callout Overtime as needed, including after hours, weekends, and holidays. Report to assigned City Plant. Safety Sensitive: random drug testing per DOT. This could be under Schedule? Actually schedule info: full-time non-exempt hourly, extended day and callout overtime as needed, after hours, weekends, holidays. That's schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section with that info.
Benefits: Not mentioned. Pay: Not mentioned. So we omit Benefits and Pay sections.
We also have "Information at a Glance" with Requisition Id etc - drop.
Also there is a paragraph about Hope Gas values etc - that's more about company, could be part of About the role? Already have intro. Could add more about company mission. But we must preserve all substantive info. The paragraph about values and mission is substantive. Should we include? It's after "Apply now Information at a Glance". It's about company culture. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But we only allowed headings from list; we could put under About the role as well.
We need to avoid duplication: The physical requirements appear twice (once under Physical Requirements and again under Requirements later). We must not duplicate. We'll include once.
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Apply now", "Enable JavaScript", etc.
Now craft HTML.
Structure:

Schedule
This is a full-time non-exempt hourly position. Successful candidates will be expected to respond to emergencies, working Extended Day and Callout Overtime as needed, including after hours, weekends, and holidays. This position will be required to report to the assigned City Plant. This is considered a safety-sensitive job and as such is subject to random drug testing as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
We must ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Town Plant Representative" title appears but we don't repeat as heading. The "Job Details POSITION SUMMARY" content is covered in Responsibilities. The "Duties & Responsibilities" list we used. The "Supervisory Responsibilities" we could add as list items: "Serve as an Individual Contributor without supervisory responsibilities." and "Support and contribute towards team goals and objectives." Add to Responsibilities. Also "May perform other duties as required in higher or lower job classifications as appropriate based upon operator qualifications (OQs)." Already included. Also "Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE..." included. Also "Participate in safety meetings, training, and emergency response drills as appropriate." included. Also "Identify and report unsafe conditions or potential hazards." included. Now check for any other substantive info: The "Information at a Glance" includes Requisition Id etc - drop. The "Apply now" repeated - drop. The paragraph about Hope Gas values etc: we need to include somewhere. Could add to About the role paragraph after intro. Thus About the role paragraph: combine intro and values/mission. Let's craft:At Hope Utilities, you can build more than a career - you can make a difference. That seems comprehensive. Now ensure no duplicate content: The physical requirements list appears only under Requirements? We haven't added a Requirements section yet. We need to include physical requirements somewhere. Could be under Requirements heading. Thus:Requirements
