Responsibilities
- Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless systems.
- Conduct PIM, sweep, and fiber testing with accuracy.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Ensure site safety and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with Foremen and Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of tower experience, including leadership or top-hand roles.
- Competent Climber/Rescuer and OSHA 30 certifications required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel 4–5 days at a time.
- Demonstrated technical skill and safety record.
