About the role
SoBro Tower is a leader in wireless telecom industry construction and maintenance. The Tower Technician II role builds upon the foundational skills of Tower Tech I, enhancing technical knowledge and independent work capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, and troubleshoot antennas, lines, and fiber systems.
- Perform PIM, sweep, and fiber testing.
- Safely rig equipment and climb towers to perform work at height.
- Maintain vehicles, trailers, and job materials.
- Mentor Tower Tech I employees and demonstrate leadership on site.
- Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
