About the role
The Tower Remodel Laborer supports the engineering department and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects.
Responsibilities
- General labor work.
- Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary.
- Store items properly throughout property.
- Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep is necessary.
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to management.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain an OSHA 10 certification.
- Experience in labor/remodel work preferred.
- Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
